CM-25d Portable Spectrophotometer

The Konica Minolta CM-25d is a next-generation portable sphere spectrophotometer designed for measuring the color of flat or large samples in narrow spaces. It offers superior accuracy and inter-instrument agreement, making it ideal for color communication throughout the supply chain. The instrument is ergonomically designed for easy operation by right or left-handed users and is equipped with an illuminated viewfinder for accurate positioning.

The Konica Minolta CM-25d Portable Sphere Spectrophotometer is an ideal instrument for color measurement in narrow spaces. With its precision, accuracy, ergonomic design, and additional features, it sets a new standard for easy and fast data handling, improving workflow, eliminating waste/rework, and offering customers general cost savings on color-related processes.

Precision and Accuracy

The CM-25d offers superior accuracy and inter-instrument agreement with an IIA of 0.2 DE* (average of 12 BCRA tiles). This precision enables superior color communication throughout the supply chain from supplier to final assembly.

The CM-25d Portable Spectrophotometer comes with SpectraMagic NX colour measurement software package that can be used to interface with Konica Minolta instruments and provide extended reporting and analysis of colour and colour difference.

Measurement Area and Design

The instrument has an Ø8mm measurement area and is designed to minimize subject damage, providing repeatable results. The instrument surfaces that come in contact with the measurement subject are comfortable for both right-handed and left-handed users.

Ergonomic Design and Features

The CM-25d is lightweight and ergonomically designed for field applications. It features an optional Bluetooth™ and high-resolution TFT color display for easy data handling. The instrument offers filtering of stored data based on additional information (tagging) and image-based workflows for easy and simple usage by operators with limited instrument experience.

Job Function

The new Job function allows for graphical representation/instructions for routine color measurements to be made within specific processes. This feature, combined with a reduced measurement time, allows users of all levels to maintain high levels of productivity, accuracy, and consistency.

CM-CT1 Configuration Tool

The CM-25d comes with the CM-CT1 Configuration Tool software, which allows users to create and write instrument settings and compile them into a file to share within its supply chain to ensure consistent instrument settings.

Installation procedure

Save the download file (for example, smnx2_verxxx_all.zip, where xxx is the software version number) to a folder on your computer.
Extract the files in the downloaded zip file to a folder on your computer.
Open the Installation Guide (smnx2_install_multi.pdf) in the files extracted in step 2.
Follow the procedure described in the Installation Guide for installing SpectraMagic NX2.

We make every effort to get your product delivered as expediently as possible. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST may not ship that day. RPimaging, INC may not have all items in stock. Domestic Shipping
RPimaging, INC does not guarantee any delivery time. Shipping terms (i.e. 2nd Day, 3rd Day delivery) refer to the time quoted by the shipper for delivery. These shipping terms do not refer to time from order submission to delivery. Shipper tracking numbers are provided, when available, the day after the product has shipped. Economy and Free shipping options are limited to the 48 contiguous US states. Freight shipment and packages over 40lbs are excluded from Economy and Free shipping offers. If you are not happy, we are not happy.

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes it's not a good fit. Below are our policies:
- No return will be accepted without a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Any return without a RMA number will be refused.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- No refund or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the invoice date.
- Returns are subject up to a 20% restocking fee. Most of the time restocking fees are nominal.
- All returned items must be 100% complete, in original resalable packaging, in resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration cards, accessories, UPC codes intact, and software.
- Software products that use a serial number and not a dongle key can only be replaced with the same title and version if found to be defective.
- No returns on replacement light bulbs.
- No returns on special order items not listed on our online catalog.
