Blended Daylight Light Source
The TC-440B permits color evaluation under blended North Sky daylight D75 as used for sorting, grading and general evaluation under north sky daylight. An optional matte white, UV-stabilized 1/9-inch acrylic is available for diamond grading and food applications. Includes 4 per source bulbs, 8 in total.
Incandescent Lamps
Four metal cups for the bottom of the incandescent lamps are also provided to enhance the visual content and eliminate hot spots.
Construction
Built from heavy-duty, 20-gauge steel housing finished in a high-reflectance baked white enamel, Examolite can be suspended over the work area by a chain. Or, they can be inserted into any standard ceiling grid to accommodate evaluation rooms. Also, prismatic diffusing glass and an anodized aluminum reflector are utilized for brightness and even illumination.
Optional Feature
Optional UV-stabilized glass diffuser for food safety requirements and reduced glare in diamond grading.
