The Techkon SpectroDrive, with its automatic color and density measurement capabilities, is the perfect solution to substantially increase press productivity by ensuring consistent print-to-print color accuracy throughout the press run.
The SpectroDrive system consists of two components: The motorized measurement system scans the complete color bar on a printed sheet within seconds and simultaneously sends the spectral measurement data wirelessly to the PC where all relevant information for controlling the printing press is displayed.

Techkon ExPresso 3.0 Software
The Techkon ExPresso Basic & ExPressoPro software takes the measurement values of the device and displays the density values in a user friendly interface.
Multiple functions - gray balance, trapping, tolerance settings and selection of standardization parameters - permit the application of the software for machine check-up and diagnosis. ExPresso Basic supports up to 6 printing units whereas ExPresso Pro supports up to 16 printing units.
The combination of the Techkon SpectroDrive and Techkon ExPresso give you precise control of printing, which means less set-up time, less paper waste and exact print quality.
