Original EIZO technology raises the contrast ratio up to 3000:1 and filters both moving and still images so they appear crisp and sharp on the Eizo FlexScan S2111W LCD display. High brightness and overdrive circuit for a 8 ms midtone response time make the Eizo S211W ideal for video editing, watching DVDs, 3-D CAD, and graphic design applications.

Widescreen Format
The wide screen format with its 16:10 aspect ratio offers more horizontal viewing space than conventional monitors. Two applications such as a text document and web browser can be viewed side-by-side, or graphics applications can be opened and work palettes displayed simultaneously without any overlap.
Sharper Images with OutlineEnhancer
The OutlineEnhancer is a filter to sharpen images and offers seven levels of adjustment to give still and moving images a degree of sharpness that otherwise would not be visible. Since filtering is performed by the monitor rather than by software on the PC side, the filtering is done in real time and therefore works on moving as well as still images.
8 ms Midtone Response Time
To enhance moving image playback capabilities, an overdrive circuit is included. Used with many LCD TVs, an overdrive circuit vastly improves the LCD panels response time for changing between midtones or gray levels, which is necessary to display color images without blurring.
ArcSwing 2 Stand
This EIZO-developed stand provides an arc-shaped range of movement so the screen can be positioned up high near eye level or lowered at an angle akin to reading a book for a more natural viewing posture.
