GCA/PIA/GATF Proof Comparator III - Digital
(7145D)
Description
Includes one CD with both Macintosh and PC formats.
The Digital Proof Comparator contains targets that measure the exposure, resolution, and directional effects of the imaging system in addition to its reproduction characteristics. A unique aspect of the Digital Proof Comparator is that it carries on a two-way dialogue with output devices by changing its dimensional tolerances and element sizing in response to the resolution of the raster image processor. This interactive target reports several key-imaging attributes as well as provides the highest resolution measurements that can be obtained for a given imaging device.
Why you should use the GCA/GATF Proof Comparator
To evaluate the accuracy and consistency of digital and analog proofs.
To calibrate and control gray balance an dot gain.
To control press variables
Use as an essential element in a total process control system.
Ideal as a visual and densitometric reference target.
The Digital Proof Comparator is a native PostScript file that generates a one-megabyte target that measures 6.5x2 in.
Using the GCA/GATF Proof Comparators you can measure:
