A Preflight Profile is limited to containing only a certain amount of information about the corrections that are to be performed on a job. However every file and job is different. There are many different circumstances that occur for a company: different page formats, different number of colors, different places to print. It's not realistic to believe that a company could create individual profiles for all its individual needs. The time and resources this would consume would be tremendous. Not anymore!

The user of the PitStop Pro 11 no longer works with fixed values in a profile, instead variables can be used to evaluate and correct a PDF file. Smart values are also introduced. These values enable users to unleash the full potential of the evaluation and correction options available within the PitStop Preflight engine.

A handy Find and Replace text tool allows users to quickly find text they are searching, and if desired can immediately replace it while maintaining the PDF's existing format.

Merge characters and words into text line

Smarter PitStop Pro makes text manipulation easy, as it can automatically re-merge split text segments on a single line, eliminating the struggle. It brings a big level of comfort to edit text, correct mistakes up to handier repositioning of some text.
